what is a good workout dvd or game?
am trying to slim down this summer so what is a good workout program or game ( i have a kinect ), I heard that melt it off and Zumba fitness are good (leave reviews) thanx
Wii; wii fit. Also, the Kinect. These are fun but also good ways to get moving. Just google some work out games for the Kinect. There are tons
