65cm Exercise Ball
What size exercise ball should I get?
I understand that the ideal size should be such that my thighs should be parallel to the floor when in the sitting position. Ideally I should probably go to a sporting goods store and check them out, but I was hoping to buy online today (my schedule’s kind of hectic). I’m 5’10″, so I’m thinking either 65cm or 75cm. I’ll be using it primarily to sit at my desk for work. Thoughts?
