Which is better Zumba or Zumba 2 for the Wii?
I’m planning on buying the game for the wii but I wanted to know which one is better as well as what features does each have are they similar does Zumba 2 have newer features.. etc. Also which one has better songs? What are some of the songs.. anyone has own both and could tell me a little about both?
Zumba 1 is more of like basic zumba. Zumba 2 is way better. Its def more of a workout, you can customize your playlist to your workout. It also keeps up with the number of calories that you burned as well as your progress.
Definitely get Zumba 2!
Is Zumba fitness for Kinect a good way to get into shape?
I am not very active AT ALL. I do not play any sports or anything like that. But I recently found out that I have scoliosis (back problems) and my doctor said I should loose weight. So is Zumba fitness good for loosing weight and getting into shape? Please answer!!!!
Not really I had it and it didnt show any results try normal excersice
What would be good shoes for Zumba workouts?
I don’t just want a dance shoe but one with good support but not as heavy and restricted as a running shoe.
Try a shoe that is light and the sole of the shoe is very flexible. Adidas, Reebok, and Nike came out with good ones. Make sure you get insoles for your heel to support your arc.
How long till i get good at zumba?
I have gone 3 times recently. Plan on going 4 days a week.
It didn’t take me too long. After a few Zumba workouts I got the hang of it and there are a few Zumba Fitness DVDs that really teach you the basics well. As long as you’re moving and having fun! I find doing Zumba at home is better because no one is watching.
How long should it take to lose 15 lbs by doing Zumba and dancing around and stuff?
I was given a Zumba dvd and I was wondering how long it would take to lose 15-30 lbs?
I’m also starting to eat heathier. We no longer by soda, we get whole wheat and whole grain bread instead of white, No more junk.. etc.
I tend to over exercise. Like, Instead of an hour a day, I usually exercise about.. 4?
You don’t need to exercise that much, with one hour of exercise is enough. If you eat 1200 calories a day, exercise for 1 hour everday you will lose about 12+ pounds in 1 month
