Zumba action

At what age are you too young for Zumba?
I want to know if im too young to do it, or if it dosnt matter.
I believe the youngest age is either 16 or 18
Low Impact cardiovascular exercise is good for everybody, no matter what age.
What kind of sneakers are appropriate for Zumba and weight training?
Cross-fit? Anything I should avoid (running? toning?)
Anyway, you should ask your instructor
or if doing at home, I say just avoid the shape-ups
or any other ones that might put your ankles in a bad
position.

You can always ask the people at the sneaker store
or better yet a sports store like The Sports Authority

I just saw Weight Training. I use boots sometimes for squats.
I would wear something a little thicker for weight training but much
lighter for Zumba
Will zumba classes teach me how to dance?
Not much of a dancer. Will Zumba help?
Yes, and ‘Just Dance’ will help too. I got Zumba and it helps a little.

Does Zumba really work? & if so how long does it take to see results?
So i am a heavy girl, I stated Zumba last year && didn’t get into it, so ima start it now… Doe’s it really work, && exactly how long does it take to see results… I’m going on spring break in April, and I woul love to at least loose 30 lbs or more by then, is it possible????
Ok,It’s just dancing,It’s not a special new method,to be honest there is no scientific evidence that exercise helps with weight loss,It’s what you eat,Google 4 hour body.
Zumba good way to get a bikini body?
Really want to lose weight in time for the summer, and there’s lots of zumba classes in my area and i was wondering if this was a good way to get a bikini body for summer? I’m also cutting down on fattier foods, any other ideas welcome?
Absolutely dancing burns a lot of calories, in a few moths with a healthy diet you will lose lots of pounds.. good luck

Ways to lose weight :

1. Drink plenty of Water.
2. Say NO to soda, drinks with high sugar contents, coffee, tobacco, alcohol and illegal substances.
3. NO high calorie meals, concentrate on a diet based on 1200 calories per day.
4. Fruits and Vegetables. you can eat as many as you like and you wont gain a single pound of fat.
5. Exercise. 30 – 60 minutes at least 5 times a week

A healthy amount of weight to lose, is 10 -15 pounds a month, and once you lose the fat, concentrate on making muscle mass which will require more high impact exercises and weights.
